3 days Queen Elizabeth National Lodge Wildlife safari takes you to Queen Elizabeth national Park in Western Uganda, located about 376 km from Kampala-the Capital city of Uganda.
The park is the most famous , and the second largest among the Uganda National Parks, with a total are of 1978 square kilometers. The park is characterized by a number of magnificent ecosystems including the beautiful lakes, Kazinga Channel, diverse savannah, lush wetlands, humid forest among others
Queen Elizabeth National Park which was named after Queen Elizabeth II, the Queen of England is also anatural habitat to approximately , 100 mammal species, around 606 bird species within the Park, not forgetting; the large population of antelopes, crocodiles, hippos, elephants, buffaloes, as well as the Uganda Kobs which are commonly spotted on the stunning Mweya Peninsula which prides in a spectacular waterfront locale, within the shadows of the Mountain Rwenzori ranges.
However, the park is also home to the resident tree climbing Lions in the isolated Isasha sector, habituated Chimpanzees in Kyambura Gorge and the nearby Kalinzu Forest, also many birds and monkeys in the Maramagambo forest, as well as thousands of pink Flamingoes at the crater lakes.
Queen Elizabeth National Park is the most popular park in Uganda according to the number of travelers visiting each year. It was named after the queen of England, Queen Elizabeth II, after her visit to the park in 1952. The park has the most diverse habitats making it a home to numerous bird species life, animal, insect, reptiles and amphibians and mammals.

Detailed Itinerary For the 3 days Queen Elizabeth Lodge Safari Experience
Day 1: Travel from Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park
On your day 1 of the 3 days Queen Elizabeth Lodge safari experience, you will be picked from your hotel or at the airport on arrival, by Aloyo Safaris experienced driver guide who will brief you about your 3 days itinerary to Queen Elizabeth.
From here, you will be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National Park in 6 hours, including brief stop overs at the Equator for photography and Lunch at Agip Motel or Igongo Cultural Museum-home of the Ankore Culture.
This 3 days wildlife safari will give chances to spot beautiful landscape, passby agricultural fields of different people working, or seated besides their stalls of fresh fruits and vegetables on the roadside markets
Otherwise you can take a flight for 90 minutes to Mweya airstrip shortening your transit time, which will create enough time for you in the afternoon to either do a boat safari or a community tour.
After this, continue to the Park as you drive through the beautiful landscape defined by the open grasslands, Ankole log horned cattle, tea plantations, the Rift valley Escarpment and various woodlands. Arrive at the park in late afternoon and have a game drive as you drive to your lodge.
Dinner and there spend an Overnight at your preferred lodge.

Day 2: Morning Game drive and afternoon Boat safari
Start your day 2 out of the 3 days queen Elizabeth National Park Uganda Wildlife safari with a delicious cup of coffee/tea before proceeding for your morning game drives to catch up with the morning risers along the Kasenyi trail and other tracks within the park. While on a game drive, you might spot animals like water bucks, Uganda Kobs, elephants, buffaloes, lions, warthogs as well as various birds.
Return to the Lodge for your mid-morning breakfast, relax and wait for lunch at the lodge, or otherwise you will have picnic breakfast and Lunch , after then you will proceed for a boat cruise safari on Kazinga Channel which connects Lake Edward and Lake George.
This offers an exclusive opportunity for photography moments of Hippos, Buffaloes, Elephants and various bird species by the water.
Return to the lodge to have Dinner and Overnight.

Day 3: Departure to Kampala
Today, your 3 days Queen Elizabeth National Park safari, comes to an end, but the memories remain for a life time. You will rise up early for breakfast, after which you will proceed for chimpanzee tracking at the Kyambura Gorge, or otherwise visit the bat cave or the Blue Lake, or rather choose a primate walk in the Park.
Enjoy your lunch and proceed to Kampala with an enroute stopover at Mpambire drum center where you will see how drums are made by the locals and also be in position to buy some souvenirs, proceed to Kampala, where you will be dropped off at your hotel in the evening or at Entebbe International Airport.
