3 Days Wildlife & Rhino Tracking Safari, tours Murchison falls National Park for wildlife (Big 5) safari and Rhino tracking in Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. This 3 days Wildlife & Rhino tracking adventure safari allows you to encounter Africa’s Big 5-Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Rhinos, & Buffaloes.
You will visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Nakasongola to track the Rhinos. The Rhinos were re-introduced in Uganda after years of being extinct, although the Rhinos at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary are not the Black Rhinos that in the past found in northern Uganda.
The 3 days Wildlife (Big 5) & Rhino tracking safari then proceed to the Nile River waters that squeezes through a 7-meter narrow gorge forming the Murchison falls. Keep your yours looking for the remaning Big 4-Lions, Buffaloes, Elephants, Leopards. Other natural wonders include: giraffe herds, zebras, Impalas, Warthogs, on your game drive. While on your launch trip to the bottom of the falls, watch families of Elephants, and the Nile crocodiles basking in the sun and Schools of Hippos.

Day 1: Murchison Falls Wildlife Safari via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Depart early for the 3 days wildlife & Rhino tracking safari. Starting with Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, you will journey through several villages on Kampala-Gulu highway, filled with green beautiful vegetation and many fruit and vegetable markets, along the roads, to arrive in perfect time for briefing.
Thereafter, you will be led, by a professional ranger guide to look for the Rhinos. Rhino trekking takes approximately 1 to 3 hours, with an inclusive 1 hour of interacting with them up close.
Proceed for lunch after Rhino tracking, followed by the final drive to Murchison Falls National Park, to reach in the evening for check in, dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

Day 2: Game Drive and Boat Cruise on River Nile
You will be up early in the morning for breakfast, then after hop into the 4×4 safari Land cruiser for the game viewing drive through various tracks to explore the entire Murchison falls national park.
You will be able to spot Giraffes as they stroll through the grasslands, buffaloes, Jacksons Hartebeast, Uganda Kobs, Lions, Buffaloes herds, fishermen on Lake Albert, Waterbucks… until lunch, after when you head for the boat cruise on the Nile River.
You will enjoy numerous sites along the River bank as they quench their thirst, as you cruise further ten meters to the bottom of Murchison falls – also crowned ‘Devils cauldron”.
The 2 hour boat launch is a tremendous way of spending the afternoon exploring the Victoria Nile alongside the several Hippos and Crocodiles.
Day 3: Transfer to Kampala/airport
Wake up to a delicious breakfast, then take morning drive to the top of Murchison falls, to witness the wide Nile force its way out of a 7-meter gap to a thunderous roar – also called “the most powerful falls”. Additionally, you will also see the resident beautiful rainbow formed making a contrast with the crashing water.
Thereafter, proceed to Kampala, to be dropped at the your accommodation or Entebbe Airport for your flight back home.
