This 5 days Gorilla trekking and Wildlife viewing Safari takes you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for gorilla trekking, whereby, with a gorilla permit of $700 per person per day, you will along the ranger guides trek through thick forest to search for the gorillas in their natural home. Upon finding them, you will only be allowed to meet face to face with them, as you maintain 7m-8m distance( while in their presence) for at most 1 hour, thus ending the day with gorilla trekking certificate award.
While wildlife viewing at Queen Elizabeth National Park are includes game drives and boat cruise on the Kazinga channel, that joins Lake George and lake Edward in Queen Elizabeth National Park in Uganda.
This Channel has the a wide population of Hippos in the whole world, with over 600 species of birds. On a lucky day, a boat ride along the Kazinga Channel can give great glimpse to more wildlife than any game drive can give.

Detailed Itinerary For 5 days Gorilla Trekking & Wildlife (game drives & Boat cruise) Safari
DAY 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Following your Itinerary, You will be picked from your hotel or Airport by our company driver guide who will drive to Lake Bunyonyi on the Eastern side of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Along the way, you will have stop overs at the Equator crossing in Kayabwe for photography, a brief talk and some experiments before you continue to Mbarara town for lunch. En route, you will drive past banana plantations, farms and the spectacular hills of Kigezi, reaching Ruhija sector in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.
DAY 2: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi National Park
Have your breakfast early, set off for Ruhija park headquarters with your guide along with your packed lunch, for registration and briefing at about the mountain gorilla trekking rules & regulations at 7:45 am. Your guides will lead you through the thick creepers and undergrowth as you trek to find the Gorillas. This trek can take you 2 to 8 hours of the day depending on the movement of the Mountain gorillas. The steeply forested landscape is breathtakingly thick but crisscrossed by different animal trails allowing access to tourists. Upon meeting them, you will stay and interact with them for at most 1 hour , after which you will head back to the headquarters for a certificate.
