Detailed Itinerary for 5 days Fly in
Day 1: Flight to Serengeti national Park from Arusha
Be ready to meet an experienced safari expert from Aloyo safaris, on arrival at Kilimanjaro International airport in Dar-es-salaam, who will brief you about your 5 days Tanzania Fly in Safari. He will transfer you by car to Arusha Airport for your forthcoming flight to Serengeti, at Seronera Airstrip. Where you meet another Aloyo safaris driver guide, to transfer you to the your booked lodge.
You will reach in time for lunch at the lodge, relax for a while, then head for your evening game drive. Return to the lodge late in the evening for dinner & overnight rest at your lodge.
Serengeti National Park is slitted into 3 regions, that is; Southern central (Seronera valley)-the land of never-ending plains; the western corridor famous for the Grumeti river, endowed with forests and thick bush. Whereas the north, Lobo area, which connects with Kenya’s Masai Mara Reserve, is seldom visited.
You can expect to see a wide range of animals during the game drive including the Big Five, wildebeests, zebras, cheetah, elephant, giraffe, and birds.
If you are lucky you could also experience a live kill.
Serengeti National Park spans 5,700 sq miles, (14,763 sq km). During the migration season for which Serengeti is famous, millions of wildebeest and about 200,000 zebras head from the northern hills to the southern hills of the southern plains during the short rains in October and November each year, and then return back to the west and north after the long rains in April, May and June
Day 2: Serengeti
Following your morning breakfast, go for a game drive for the whole day in the park, along with lunch boxes so that you can maximumly explore Serengeti National Park to its depth in search of more wildlife.
You will later return to the lodge/Camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Hot Air Balloon Safari -Serengeti
On day 3 of your 5 days Balloon Safari, You will wake up early for breakfast by 5:00am for a hot cup of coffee or tea, then head to the hot air balloon launching point with the driver guide. You will be briefed, then after take off with the balloon to have an arial view of the park ,where you will see animals at an eagle’ eye angle. You will be able to glimpse wild animals like Giraffes, Elephants, giraffes, Jackals, Warthogs, Hippos, crocodiles. Return to the lodge for lunch, then in the evening you can leave for the game drive. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight rest.
Day 4: Journey to Lake Manyara/Ngorongoro
Have breakfast, checkout of the lodge, then head for an route game drive to Seronera Airstip for your flight Lake Manyara Airstrip where you will meet Aloyo safaris driver guide who will transfer you to Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
You will reach in time for lunch at the lodge, then proceed for an afternoon game drive. Chances are high that you might see game such as lions, cheetah, honey badge, genets, leopards, bush babies, white-tailed mongoose, civet, bat-eared fox, marsh mongoose, black-backed jackal striped hyena, zorilla, aardvark, spotted hyena, wild dogs, wild cats, caracal, among others
Day 5: Ngorongoro – Lake Manyara/Arusha
Rise up for a leisure breakfast, then along with the driver, you will be driven to Lake Manyara Airstrip, so catch a short flight to Arusha and later on connect to Kilimanjaro International Airport in Dar-es-salaam to catch up with your flight.
