Detailed Itinerary for the 3 days Kidepo National park Safari
Day 1: Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park from kampala
On your day 1 of the 3 days Kidepo Valley National Park safari, you will rise up at 5:00am for your breakfast, and later on be picked by our Aloyo Safaris driver guide at 5:30 am. He will transfer you to Kidepo valley National Park, on a full day drive, with enroute stop overs for lunch in either Kitgum or Gulu. You will arrive at the Park in the late evening, where you will proceed to your lodge for dinner and an overnight
Day 2: Morning & Afternoon game drive/Visit to Karimojongs
Kick start your 2nd day of the 3 days Kidepo Valley national Park with an early morning breakfast, and head out to meet your driver-guide, with whom you will set off for the morning game drive in the Kidepo Valley, while seeing the magnificent views of the mountains. Expect to encounter a multitude of wild game including Lions, Giraffes, Leopards, buffaloes, Hyenas, elephants, ostriches, cheetahs, among others, which can only be spotted in this park.
Return to the Lodge to relax and have lunch, thereafter proceed for a visit to the Karamojongs for the cultural trail, and have the second game drive done. You will again find wild animals like Jaclkal, Klispringers, cape Buffaloes, Jackson’s hartebeests, before heading back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight.
Day 3: Departure (Return to Kampala or Entebbe International Airport)
Finally. We come to the end of our 3 days Kidepo National Park Safari. The driver guide will pick you up after your breakfast, and together head for yet another long day drive to Kampala with enroute stopovers for lunch and stretch. You will reach in the late evening or at night at your hotel, where you will have dinner and spend the night so as to catch up with your next day flight back home.
