Detailed Itinerary for 10 Days Kenya Safari.
Day 1: Drive to Amboseli national Park
Leave Nairobi Behind for Amboseli National Park, after being picked by our professional driver guide. You will be driven for approximately 5 hours to reach in your accommodation in Amboseli National Park, where you will have lunch. Take a short nap, or otherwise dip into the water as you wait for your first game drive. At exactly 4:00pm or few minutes to 4:00pm, head to the park headquarters for registration after which your will enter the park for your evening game drive.
Animals you expect to see, include: Leopard, Cheetah, Wild dogs, Buffalos, Lions, Cheetahs, Large Elephants, Giraffes, Hippos, Mongoose , and Kudus and more than 400 species of birds living here.
Return to the Lodge in the evening and an overnight rest.
Day 2: Full Day Amboseli national Park Exploration
Since game drives are best observed from 0600 to 0900hrs, you will set off in the morning for the morning game drive to view cats like Lions, Cheetahs, Leopards, spotted hyenas, Jackals, Worthogs, Olive Baboons, Antelopes among others.
Amboseli National Park is among the Oldest National Parks of Kenya, which still stands as the major highlighted destinations, due to the close contact with many elephants.
Besides animals, the Park is also home to Hippos, and numerous birds. After this, you will return for Mid-breakfast, followed by lunch.
Spend your afternoon resting, thereafter you will pay visit to one of the Maasai communities to experience their traditional dance, learn more about each person’s roles in the family especially the women, learn how to pray with them and visit their market to buy few handmade bracelets, necklaces among others.
Return for dinner later in the evening in the hotel and an overnight later after seating around the fire place.
Day 3: Transfer to Lake Naivasha national Park
In the morning, you will depart Amboseli national Park For Lake Naivasha. Enroute, lunch will be enjoyed at the mighty carnivore restaurant (especially the meat lovers), arriving later in the afternoon for check in at the Lodge.
If time allows, you can proceed for game drive at Hells gate national Park for either cycling or walking safari among animals, since the park is predator free.
Animals you might encounter include Impalas, Giraffes, Hartebeests, Zebras, Thompsons and Grant’s Gazelles, Waterbucks and many bird species that flock the Lake.
Dinner will be served when you return to the lodge, where you will have an overnight sleep
Day 4: Explore Mount Longonot National Park
Day 4 opens up with an incredible hiking Up/down adventure to Longonot National Park, whose climbing schedule lasts for less than 6 hours depending on your physical strength. The tourist attraction here include: the extinct Volcano, crater forest, the magnificent views of Lake Naivasha and the Great Rift Valley.
Return to the hotel for lunch, and spend the rest of the day relaxing and an evening dinner.
Sit around the fire after dinner, then proceed for an overnight.
Day 5: Transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park
Wake up for breakfast, then proceed with an enroute game drive as you exit Lake Naivash for Lake Nakuru National Park.
You will be at the Hotel at the perfect time for lunch, followed by an evening game drive that will start at 4:00pm.
Animals to spot include Rotschild Giraffes, Black & White Rhinos, Waterbuck, Buffaloes, Lions, Waterbuck, Zebras among others. The park hosts more than 450 bird species among which includes; African Spponbill, Yellow Billed Stork, Lesser and greater Flamingoes, Long Crested eagle and more.
Return for dinner and an overnight.
Day 6: Visit Lake Bogoria
Following your morning breakfast, you will be taken to Lake Bogoria for a trip, with a break stop enroute, at the line where the equator crosses.
Upon reaching the Lake, chances are high that you may spot over 2 million migratory pink Flamingoes by the shores, that are always attracted by the high salt and mineral content found here.
Enjoy your lunch at the picnic site, then return to Lake Nakuru national Park for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Transfer to Maasai Mara national Park
After a sumptuous breakfast, proceed to Maasai Mara national Reserve. Its Kenya’s Most visited destination in Kenya that all safari enthusiast ought not to miss, once they are in Africa.
The top notch wildlife reserve hosts Big 5 animals, Buffaloes, Leopards, Rhinos, Elephants, Lions.
You will find lunch upon arrival. Following your afternoon rest or leisure at the beach, embark on your evening game drive on the open plains of Maasai Mara national reserve.
Dinner will be served when you return, after which you will proceed for your night rest in the lodge.
Day 8 & 9: Full Day Game drive
Following your breakfast early , you will set off at 0630 hrs to Maasai Mara national Reserve, for a full day game drive, along with picnic lunch.
Apart from the Big 5, other animals include Grey Jackals, spotted hyenas, cheetahs, Bat Eared Fox, cheetah, Hippos Zebras, and more.
The annual Great Wildebeest Migration that occurs from July, August, September to Mid October , is undeniable the most treasured and sought after event in this park.
This is when multitudes of Wildebeests, Zebras move towards the North to search for green pastures. Behind them are the predators like Lions, Cheetahs, Hyenas who follow them to attack each time they are hungry.
Besides the migration, there are also activities such as the Maasai Visits and also the Balloon Safaris (at an additional Cost), so that you can soar high to view animals.

Day 10: Return to Nairobi
Following your breakfast early in the morning, depart for Nairobi for a city tour on arrival, or proceed for your post safari flight back to your home country.
