A Detailed Amboseli/Aberdare/Samburu/Lake Nakuru/Masai Mara Safari

Day 1: Welcome to Kenya

Wake up early for breakfast, then continue  to Amboseli national Park in a 4×4 safari jeep with an expert Safari Guide from Aloyo safaris. Enroute you will enjoy a game drive as continues to the Lodge for checkin and lunch.

Head for the afternoon game drive, where you will come up close with many herds of Elephants. The park offers great photography moments because of the impressive Landscapes as the scenic views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Return in the evening for dinners.

Day 2: Amboseli National Park

On this day 2 of the 9 days Amboseli/Aberdare/Samburu/Lake Nakuru/Masai Mara Safari ,  you will spend the entire day in Amboseli National Park. Have breakfast and leave very early in the morning for game viewing. Animals you expect to meet include among others; Cheetahs, Zebras, Giraffes, Impalas, Cape buffalos, Monkeys, Jackals, Hyenas, Warthog, Mongoose, and Gazelles. Return  to the lodge for lunch and later leave for the afternoon game drive to find more animals.

Dinner and overnight at the Lodge

Day 3: Aberdare National Park

After breakfast at the Park, depart Amboseli for Aberdare National Park, with an enroute stop over in Nairobi for Lunch. Arrive at the Ark tree lodge for checkin in the afternoon. While here, you will be able to see some of the animals that frequently come to the Lively floodlit saltlick and waterhole near the Lodge.You will be able to spot animals like Elephants, Buffalos, Leopards and Rhinos.

Return for dinner and an overnight rest in the evening at the Lodge

Day 4:Samburu National reserve

Leave Aberdare National Park, very early in the Morning for the Samburu National Reserve, reaching in time for Lunch and checkin.

After Lunch, proceed for the afternoon game drive in the reserve.

Animals to look out include Lions, Buffaloes, Generuks, giraffes, zebras, Dik-diks, Waterbucks, Elephants,  Zebras, Grants gazelles, and cheetahs among others.

While Birds including King fishers, eagles, Somali Ostriches, Guinea Fowls and vultures are also found in Park out of the 350 registered species. Return in the evening at the reserve for dinner and Overnight

Day #5: Samburu National Reserve

On this day, you will  wake up early in the Morning for game drive, where you will explore the Open grasslands, through the different habitats like the steep hills, thorny scrubs red dirt and dry riverbeds and rocky out crops. The park is also rewarded with spectacular forests, springs and Rivers, which also makes it the home of crocodiles, giraffes, and leopards.

Day #6: lake Nakuru National Park

Leave for Lake Nakuru National park after a good morning breakfast. Enroute you pass by the beautiful scenery of the Rift valley, and take a break at the Nyahururu Thomson Falls.  You will then continue further to the park, where you arrive in time for Lunch.

Head for the afternoon game drive after lunch. Expect to see Rothschild Giraffes, Balck and white Rhinos, zebras,  Occasional leopards,  and Warthogs, Reed bucks, while birds among others are African Sppon bill, Lesser and Greater Flamingoes, Long crested eagle, Yellow billed Stork.

Day #7: Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, depart for the famous Masai Mara national reserve with an enroute morning game drive as you exit the National Park Of Lake Nakuru. By Lunch time, you will be in the Lodge.

A short game drive will be conducted in the afternoon. Animals you will encounter are the; zebras, Lions, Jackals, Wildebeests, spotted Hyenas, Jackals, Buffaloes, gazelles, Lions, Impalas, Hartebeests, Elephants, Hippos etc, as well as more than 600 species of birds

Day #8. Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, carry your packed lunch, and leave for the full day game drive around the park and at the Mara river.

Animals you expect to see frequently are the Zebras, Wildebeests, impalas, Grant’s gazelles, Elephants, buffaloes, Worthogs, Topis among other harbivores and the birds.

While predators include crocodile(at the Mara River), Cheetahs, Lions, Leopards. In addition to game drives, chances are high that you might witness the “Great Migration” if you visit the Masai mara national reserve during the Months between July and early November.

Day #9 : Drive to Nairobi

Have breakfast at leisure in the morning and depart Masai Mara for Nairobi. You will arrive in the afternoon, where you will either proceed to the airport or dine and sleep in one of the hotels.
