Mgahinga Gorilla National Park is Uganda’s smallest National Park located in South-Western Uganda in Kisoro District & became a park in 1991. The park covers a total area of 33.9 square Kilometers. The park borders Volcanoes National Park of Rwanda and the southern sector of Congo’s Virunga National Park, which together form the Virunga Conservation Area trans-boundery.
