En-route, you will see a lot of Maasai people in their vibrant clothing walking by the road, riding bicycles, herding animals, and pushing donkey carts.
In addition to its vast herds of elephants, Tarangire National Park is home to a wide variety of other animals. From the pop up roof of the modern safari vehicle, explore the savanna, seasonal marshes, and the vital Tarangire River, keeping your eyes peeled for a variety of animals, including zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, elephants, and giraffes, among others. Following breakfast, head to Lake Ndutu area, which is part of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a breathtaking setting of the southern Serengeti. The trip takes about three hours, and it passes through the breathtaking Rift Valley scenery. Like the majority of the Rift Valley, Lake Ndutu is alkaline and frequently home to a diverse range of wildlife species.
Once lunch is done, set off on a game drive through the Ndutu region. The short-grass plains typically host the majority of the wildebeest migration between December and April. Make your way back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay following your the late-afternoon game drive.

Day 4: Ndutu in the South Serengeti
Leave for a full-day game drive in the Ndutu region after a delicious breakfast. Here you can find a wide variety of habitats, from swamps and woodlands to soda lakes and the renowned Serengeti short grass plains, for you to explore them all. You will witness the magnificent spectacle of the massive herds of zebras and wildebeests. In this amazing act of coordinated childbirth, the majority of wildebeest calves give birth to over half a million offspring in a brief period of time around January, often lasting three weeks. Within three days of birth, young Wildebeest calves are often strong enough to keep up with the herd, and the sea of grass offers little cover.
Following an exciting day of exploration on the “Endless Plain,” Return to the lodge for dinner and the night.

Day 5: Ndutu To Ngorongoro Crater
Following breakfast, proceed to Ngorongoro Crater by car from Ndutu, in the Southern Serengeti.
The Ngorongoro Crater appears to be a lost planet at first glance. Hidden by the sheer volcanic walls lies an unspoiled environment with expansive savannah, pockets of acacia woodland, shimmering marshes, and lakes. The Crater was formed two to three million years ago when a massive volcano exploded and fell in on itself.
When you arrive at the Crater bottom, you will soon be surrounded by over 500 different kinds of birds, zebras, gazelles, and wildebeest. The drive down into the Crater is an adventure in and of itself. Though they can occasionally be seen in the wide plains, the Crater offers the best opportunity of sighting the endangered black rhino.
You will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay in Karatu following a full afternoon spent inside the Crater.

Day 6: Journey to Arusha from Lake Manyara National Park
Following breakfast, transfer to Lake Manyara National Park, the last stop on this incredible safari. Located 120 kilometers west of Arusha, Lake Manyara National park is comparatively small but diverse. It gets its name from the shallow salt lake that occupies about 70% of its surface area. The lake floods and dries with the seasons and is home to thousands of flamingos as well as an amazing 500 other bird species. Monkeys, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, elephants, wildebeest, and, with any hope, lions relaxing in the trees will all be visible as you explore the park. The park is renowned for its varied topography, which includes baobab-dotted cliffs, woodlands teeming with primates, and broad grassy plains. With all the sights and sounds of untamed East Africa tucked away in your mind for your trip through life, return to Arusha after lunch, where you will arrive in the late afternoon, marking the unavoidable end of our experience.
