Detailed Uganda Rwanda Kenya Tanzania & Zanzibar Itinerary Recommended
Day #1: Getting To Entebbe International Airport
At the airport in Entebbe, your driver guide will be there to welcome you and take you to hotel, where you will stay overnight. Have supper and a night’s stay at the Best Western Hotel.
Day #2: Make the transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and Murchison Falls National Park.
Leave Best Western Hotel for Murchison Falls National Park immediately after breakfast, breaking off at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary to track rhinos before continuing on to Masindi town for lunch. Following lunch, you will head straight to the top of the falls in Murchison Falls National Park, where you will be able to take in breathtaking views of the waterfall.
After that, you will make your way to your accommodation at Pakuba Safari Lodge for dinner & night’s sleep.
Day #3: Early Morning Game Drive & Afternoon Game Drive
Gather for breakfast and get ready for a morning game drive. Along the way, you might see a variety of creatures, including elephants, buffalo, waterbucks, giraffes, warthogs, and even predators like lions and leopards—if you’re lucky. You’ll drive back to the resort for lunch following after the game drive.

Day #4: Travel To Kibale Forest National Park
When breakfast is finished in the morning, leave the resort. Go ahead and make the lengthy transit to Kibale Forest National Park. There are nearly 13 different species of primates in this park. Among them are L’Hoest’s monkey and red colobus, and more. You’ll stop at Kagadi for lunch. Continue traveling until you reach the Kibale forest. Day #5: Chimpanzee tracking and Bigodi Swamp Walk
Following breakfast, you will embark on a chimp tracking adventure in the Kibale Forest. In addition to chimpanzees, monkeys, and other primates, you can also expect to encounter a wide variety of butterflies, reptiles, amphibians, warthogs, forest elephants, bush pigs, and duiker. Go back to the Lodge to eat lunch.
Take a nature walk in the Bigodi wetland region after lunch and keep an eye out for the majority of the water loving bird species that prefer the water. Kibale forest is a fantastic site for birdwatchers because it is home to nearly 335 different kinds of birds. As before, head back to the Lodge for dinner and the night.
Day #6: Visit the hot springs and go on a game drive at Semuliki National Park
Eat breakfast before sunrise and travel across the eastern Albertine region to Semuliki National Park. Nesstled within the western rift valley basin, Semuliki National Park is home to a diverse array of ecosystems, including rain forests, riverine forests, and both tall and short Savannah grasslands. Before you go to your resort in Semuliki Reserve, Savannah, you should go into the park and check out the hot springs.
Go into the reserve, settle into your lodge, eat lunch, and then join the group for an afternoon or evening wildlife drive. Due to the fact that it is the sole park in Uganda, there are always surprises to be found in this park. Dinner & Overnight Stay at Elephant Hab Lodge.
Day #7: Journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Once you’ve had your morning coffee, leave Kibale Forest National Park and head to Queen Elizabeth National Park, which is home to the lions that climb trees. Before accessing Queen Elizabeth National Park, make a lunch stop and stop near the Equator to snap some photos, whatever suits your schedule. Day 8: Kazinga Channel Launch Cruise and Game Drive
Following an early mouth watering breakfast on the 8th day your East African safari vacation across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar, you will go on a game drive in the Kasenyi region to look for early risers. This park is home to a wide variety of habitats, including swamps, Lakes, crater lakes, woodlands, marshes, and grassland plains. Numerous species of wildlife can be found here, and a game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park will reward you with sightings of antelopes, buffalos, elephants, lions, waterbuck, Uganda Kob, and other animals.
Following lunch at your lodge, take a three-hour launch cruise into Lake Edward via the Kazinga Channel. This boat cruise excursion will allow you to pass through an area where hippos are most prevalent, and you might also spot a lot of animals drinking at the water’s edge. Day #10: Bwindi National Park gorilla trekking
Set out for the gorilla tracking early in the morning following breakfast and a briefing from UWA staff. This is an experience of a lifetime and a journey to remember. You will begin your quest for the endangered mountain gorillas after being led into the dense forest by the ranger guides. After wandering up and down the rocky landscape, you will eventually come upon these peaceful creatures, with whom you will interact for around an hour.
Due of the gorillas’ up-and-down movements, the exercise may take from 2 to hours. This is a fantastic and thrilling opportunity to witness many primates, including birds, monkeys, and more. Come back for supper, a restful evening, and overnight stay.
Day #11: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi and Batwa Community Tour
Following breakfast, you will embark on an engaging community exploratory excursion that will allow you to engage with the Bakiga and Batwa residents of the communities surrounding the park. Among other things, the community tour will allow you to see their homesteads, see their medicine men and magicians, hear their old stories, and take part in cultural acts.
Following the community tour, you will take a trip to Kabale’s Lake Bunyonyi, Uganda’s deepest lake and Africa’s second-largest lake after Tanzania’s Lake Tanganyika. Arrive at Arcadia Cottages in Lake Bunyonyi, check in, and unwind while you wait for supper and your overnight stay.
Day #12: Lake Bunyonyi throughout the entire day
Take in breakfast before embarking on an incredible canoe trip on the twelfth day of your East African vacation through Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar. You will paddle along the shores while taking in breathtaking views of the landscape, to explore some of the 29 islands, including the punishment island, where pregnant girls were left to die as a punishment, and see terraced farmlands as well as various species of bird. Following lunch, you will have a community trip that will allow you to meet the Bakiga and Batwa people, learn more about their customs and culture, see their terraced farmlands, local markets, and purchase handcrafted gifts, among other things. Day #13: Travel to Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda
Eat breakfast before crossing via the Cyanika border into Rwanda. Reaching Musanze takes three to four hours. After lunch, you can visit some of the city’s well-known sights, such as the twin lakes of Burere and Ruhondo. Later, after lunch, you can join an evening tour of the Ibyiwachu Cultural Village, where you can discover traditional dance and ancient Rwandese customs. Spend the night at Da Vinci Gorilla Lodge and have dinner.
Day #14: Tracking Golden Monkeys and moving them to Gisenyi
Bring your packed lunch and proceed to the Volcanoes National Park headquarters for a trekking briefing after breakfast. From this point on, you will begin tracking.
It takes two to five hours to trek, based on how the monkeys move. While the activity is pleasurable, it is also challenging. The joy experienced upon encountering the enormous primates will never be forgotten. Transfer to Lake Kivu after that. Get dinner and spend the night at Gorilla Kivu Lodge.

Day #17: Chimpanzee Trekking
Savor breakfast and attend a briefing about endangered chimpanzees on the seventeenth day of your East African safari vacation across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, andZanzibar, before, heading into the forest to find the lively and playful creatures in Nyungwe forest National Park. With their chattering and laughing as they leap from tree to tree, the chimpanzees are considerably simpler to find. Tracking chimpanzees often takes three hours. Day #21: Tour of Nairobi’s national park and nighttime city tour
Following breakfast, you will meet your safari driver for a half-day game watching in Nairobi National Park on the twenty-first day of your Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar safari. Up until lunchtime, you will take in the breathtaking game drive. During the half-day wildlife drive, keep an eye out for a variety of park inhabitants, such as buffaloes, giraffes, lions, with the exception of elephants.
While on a city tour, stop by the Sheldrick Nairobi Animal Orphanage, eat lunch, and then go to the Giraffe Center. As mentioned above, connect to your hotel later for dinner and overnight sleep.

Day #23: Spending the entire day at Tsavo East National Park
Along with your packed lunch, You will proceed for a full-day game drive shortly after breakfast today. Tsavo East National Park is one of Kenya’s oldest and biggest national parks, dominated by savannah and semi-arid grasslands. several wildlife species, including lions, warthogs, giraffes, leopards, buffaloes, elands, African wild dogs, spotted hyenas, and several bird species, can be seen as you tour the park. In the park’s wilderness, have a picnic lunch before going on another game drive. You will eat dinner in the evening and spend the night at your favorite Luxury lodge.

Day #24: Transfer to Tsavo West National Park
In order to see nocturnal species like lions and leopards as well as numerous early risers like elephants and antelopes, you will need to get up early for an early morning game drive. Following the experience, you come back to your lodge for breakfast, sign out, and travel to Tsavo West National Park over the savanna plains. Once there, you will have lunch at your lodge before going on an afternoon wildlife drive.

Day #25 and #26: Spending the entire day in Tsavo West National Park
With your packed lunch, depart from your lodge and proceed to the park for a full day of wildlife viewing. You will have ample time to explore the park while relaxing in your safari van with its pop-up rooftop canopy and open windows. Lions, elephants, giraffes, gazelles, hartebeests, wildebeests, buffaloes, rhinos, and many other creatures can be seen as you navigate through the park. A picnic lunch will be held in the Tsavo West ground, followed by a wildlife drive that includes stops at the Mzima Springs and other park locations. You will eat dinner in the evening and spend the night at your lodge. Because Salt Lick Safari Lodge is known for having animals “visit” every other time, you might like to spend an afternoon there unwinding and letting the wildlife come to you! Day #27 Drive to Amboseli National Park

Enjoy a game viewing experience to see wildlife along the way, including the abundant herds of elephants that this national park is known for. On your way to your lodge for check-in, dinner, and overnight stay at AA Amboseli Lodge, you will also be treated to views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Day #28: Walking Safari in Amboseli National Park for the entire day
Start your full-day adventure in Amboseli National Park with breakfast at your lodge on the 28th day vacation to Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar. After that, your safari guide will take you through the park’s wilderness, where you can look out for a variety of wildlife species, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, hippos, zebras, gazelles, kudu, giraffes, elands, and elands.

On the 33rd day of Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar, start your day with breakfast at the lodge before heading to Lake Nakuru National Park. Once you’re there, have lunch and then go on a game drive in the afternoon to see a lot of wildlife, including buffaloes, rhinos, and many other species including elephants. You will also be able to observe a variety of birds. Dinner at Ziwa Bush Lodge and spending the night there.

Day #34: Explore Hells Gate National Park .
After a delicious breakfast, you will spend the entire day touring Hells Gate National Park, where you will see a variety of birds and experiences such as riding a bicycle and taking pictures. You will eat dinner in the evening and spend the night at your lodge as previously mentioned.

Day #35: Visit to Lake Naivasha
Enjoy breakfast at the resort before making your way to Lake Naivasha, where you can take a boat ride around Crescent Island and see a variety of aquatic species as well as walking around with them. Day #36: Journey to the National Reserve of Maasai Mara
Travel to the Maasai Mara National Reserve after breakfast, stopping at Narok Town, one of Kenya’s most culturally significant towns, before arriving at the reserve by lunchtime. After checking into your lodge, you will have lunch and then take a game drive in the afternoon. Lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, and many other creatures can be seen on the game drive throughout the reserve’s plains. Days #37 and #38: One hot air balloon experience and a full day of wildlife viewing in Masai Mara National Reserve
The Mara grasslands are yours to explore for two entire days! Following breakfast at the lodge, you will travel to the Masai Mara National Reserve for a full day of game viewing. In the Maasai plains, you will drive through the reserve’s savannah plains in search of wildlife, including lions, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, buffaloes, antelopes, wildebeests, zebras, and many more.
You will have the option of driving back to your lodge for lunch or having a picnic in the reserve at one of the picnic areas while taking in the breathtaking scenery. You will proceed on a second game drive in the afternoon, this time exploring the areas of the reserve that you missed on the first one. You will eat dinner in the evening and spend the night at your lodge as previously mentioned.
You can see the park from above and catch a glimpse of the early morning dawn across the horizon when you take a hot air balloon flight in the Masai Mara. The hot air balloon experience culminates with a park bush brunch!

Day #39: Travel across the Isebania Border to the Serengeti National Park
Following breakfast at the lodge, you will travel across the Isebania border to Sirari border of Serengeti National Park, where your Tanzania safari guide will wellcome you. Upon crossing the border, you will enter Tanzania and the Serengeti, where you will be able to observe untamed wildlife while traveling to your Lodge. During a game drive across Serengeti national park, you will search for various wildlife species, including buffalos, zebras, elephants, giraffes, lions, leopards, and wildebeests. The Central Serengeti Tanzania Bush Camp is where you will spend the night and have dinner.

Following breakfast at your lodge, you will leave with your packed lunch for a full day of safariing in the Serengeti National Park. Lunch will be served before you continue your wildlife exploration in the national park.

The 43rd day of Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar begins with breakfast at the lodge. Then, on your game drive, you will descend around 600 meters into the Ngorongoro crater.
The Ngorongoro crater floor is home to a variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalos, rhinos, cheetahs, hippos, antelopes, kudus, zebras, impalas, and gazelles. Along the crater’s edges, you will also search for sights such as Lake Magadi, where you may observe flamingos among other bird species. Once you’re back at the resort, unwind as you await supper and your overnight stay.

Day #44: Walking safari and game drive in Lake Manyara National Park
Following a delectable breakfast at the resort, you will be transferred to Lake Manyara National Park. Located at the base of the western escarpment of the Great Rift Valley, Lake Manyara National Reserve is one of the most spectacularly situated African wildlife regions in Tanzania. It is centered around a large but shallow soda lake, which occupies two-thirds of the park. The park’s biodiversity is well-known, and it includes a variety of wildlife. Among these are one of the most densely populated herds of African elephants, lions who climb trees, and flamingos that swarm to the algae in Lake Manyara. The day will begin with a walking safari, and then you’ll enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush. Following lunch, take a game drive across the park to witness a range of creatures, such as the tree-climbing lions. After that, you’ll head back to Burunge Tented Lodge for supper and the night.

Day #46: Exploration of the Maasai Culture and the Materuni Waterfalls.
Your Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar safari will begin with delectable breakfast at your lodge on the 46th day. After that, you will be transferred to the Kilimanjaro foot slopes for a visit to the Materuni waterfalls. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Kilimanjaro mountain while exploring one of Tanzania’s most stunning waterfalls on a quick hike!
Take part in a Maasai cultural experience after lunch to meet the people and engage in various activities, such as dancing. Continue driving to the Masai Land Safari Lodge in Arusha for dinner and a night’s stay.
Day #47: Fly to Dar es Salaam and Visit Serval Wildlife
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the resort before making your way to the Serval Wildlife Sanctuary, where you may interact closely with the wildlife and feed them, including giraffes.
After that, make your way to the Arusha Airport in time so you may get to your flight to Dar es Salaam. As soon as you arrive, you will check in, have supper, and spend the night at the Holiday Inn.
Day #48: Boat Cruise and Transfer to Selous Game Reserve
The Selous Game Reserve will be your destination after your safari guide from Tanzaniacollects you. Upon your arrival, which is expected around midday, and following lunch, you will have the opportunity to go on a boat ride along the Rufiji River. Here, you can spot crocodiles, hippos, and other creatures getting together to drink water. Crocodiles use this as a hunting ground, so if you’re lucky, you might see some real wildlife in action. Spend the night at the Rufiji River Lodge.

Days #49 and #50: Walking Safari Experience, Game Drive in Selous
Get up bright and early for a game drive in the morning to catch a glimpse of those nocturnal creatures as they make their way back after their hunt. After that, head back to the lodge, eat breakfast, and then unwind there until lunchtime.
A guided walking safari around the park’s plains will be offered later in the late afternoon, giving you a chance to get up close and personal with the animals and environment. Same as before, dinner and a night’s stay at the resort.
Day #51: Go to Ruaha and unwind at the lodge
Take a lunchbox and travel to Ruaha National Park after breakfast at the camp so that you can have a picnic there. After checking in, unwind as you wait for supper and your overnight stay at Ruaha River Lodge.
Day #52: Ruaha Full-Day Game Drive
Bring a picnic lunch and go on a full day of game driving! overnight, as described above.

Day #53: Go by plane to Dar es Salaam Then To Zanzibar.
Get up early for breakfast at the lodge, then continue your journey to Dar es Salaam, where you will arrive in time for your departure to Zanzibar. A pickup and transfer to your accommodation will be provided when you arrive in Zanzibar. Upon arrival at the Golden Tulip Zanzibar Resort, take some time to unwind before enjoying your evening meal and overnight stay.
Day #54: Free day
On the 54th day Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar safari, get up at your own pace and savor a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy spectacular views of the Indian Ocean while reading a book, swimming, or exploring the hotel during your free day. Bring back fond memories of your recent Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Zanzibar & Tanzania safari.

Day #55: Spice Tour, Stone Town, and Prison Island
Along with witnessing the giant tortoises, you will also enjoy snorkeling while on your trip of Changuu Island, also known as Prison Island, which is accessible by private boat from Stone Town. From Changuu Island, you’ll return to Stone Town by boat. You will also take part in a spice tour on this day, which will take you around the plantations where you will see several exotic spices and learn about their uses, including cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Make your way back to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay after your spice tour.

Day #56: The Safari Blue Experience
You will have the most incredible time sailing in the stunning traditional Dhows on the island’s greatest boat trip. An exciting boat journey awaits you, along with a delectable buffet, refreshing tropical fruits and snacks, snorkeling, and a visit to Menai Bay. Your driver will drop you off at your hotel after the event so you can have dinner and rest for the night.

Days #57 and #58: Relaxation
Spend two days lounging on Zanzibar Island’s white sand beaches and taking in the breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean from your resort. Meals and lodging are as stated above.
Day #59: Departure
In the morning, you’ll have breakfast at your Zanzibar hotel before making the final leg of your safari—the journey to the airport.
